Fellow-of-the-College

The applicant must have (1) a JD, LLB, or LLM degree, or the foreign equivalent; (2) an MD/DO, DDS/DMD, DPM, a doctoral degree in a health-related discipline (which health-related discipline shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Governors exercising its discretion), or the foreign equivalent; and (3) a license to practice either law, or a health science-related discipline in a recognized domestic or foreign jurisdiction.

Application Fee: $100

Annual Dues: $325

Annual dues prorated during first year, then due January 1st of each year.

International Fellow

The applicant must have all the requirements to be a Fellow-of-the-College but resides outside of the United States and Canada. International Fellows are entitled to all privileges of membership including that of voting and holding office.

Annual Dues: $295

Annual dues prorated during first year, then due January 1st of each year.

Member and Associate Member

To apply as a Member, the applicant must hold either a JD, MD/DO, DDS/DMD, or DPM.  Associate Members are Nursing Associates and Physician Assistant Associates. To apply as a Nursing Associate, the applicant must hold a nursing degree or diploma from a recognized and/or accredited degree or diploma-granting university or hospital within the United States or Canada. To apply as a Physician Assistant Associate, the applicant must hold a physician assistant degree or diploma from a recognized and/or accredited degree or diploma-granting university or hospital within the United States or Canada.

Application Fee: $100

Annual Dues: $215

Annual dues prorated during first year, then due January 1st of each year.

International Member and International Associate Member

The applicant must have all the requirements to be a Member or Associate Member but must reside outside of the United States and Canada.

Application Fee: $100

Annual Dues: $195

Annual dues prorated during first year, then due January 1st of each year.

Student Associate

The applicant must be currently attending an accredited medical, dental, podiatric, law, physician assistant, or nursing school, or a participant in a medical internship, residency, or fellowship program within the United States or Canada, regardless of whether the applicant already possesses a professional degree, such as an MD/DO, DDS/DMD, JD/LLB, DPM, etc.

Application Fee: No application fee

Annual Dues: $25

Annual dues prorated during first year, then due January 1st of each year.
