Bally's Las Vegas Hotel
A block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate of $199.00*
ACLM has obtained this room rate by contracting a total meeting package at Bally’s. ACLM must meet certain minimum hotel room pickup requirements or ACLM will face attrition penalties. In order for the College to continue to provide a reasonable registration fee, we need your help. Please take advantage of the room rate we have negotiated.
ACLM staff will review registrations completed at the discounted rate and confirm that a hotel stay has been booked at Bally’s. If you have registered at the discounted rate and have not booked a hotel stay in the conference rooming block, ACLM will invoice you directly for the higher conference registration rate.

Hotel Room Scam — Warning About Housing Pirates
The American College of Legal Medicine (ACLM) is aware of a scam where housing groups have been contacting association members and exhibitors to assist with hotel reservations. All room reservations should be made directly with the hotel.
ACLM has sufficient room blocks to accommodate our attendees and exhibitors at the ACLM Conference rates. These other groups claim they can get cheaper rates if you book with them. Such companies to avoid, as they are not affiliated with ACLM or the upcoming events in Las Vegas include:
Should you receive an email or phone call from any of these companies, ACLM strongly recommends you DO NOT make your hotel reservation with any third party vendor. If you have already made hotel reservations through an unauthorized vendor, ACLM is unable to guarantee the reservation is valid and recommends that you cancel immediately before you incur charges.
There is the potential to be left without a room and to lose money paid in advance if you book through them. A similar scam a few years ago caused several attendees to arrive in San Diego with no hotel room ever booked for them.
